By booking a service through Advantage Driving LLC’s online scheduling system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services scheduled through our Acuity platform.

1. Agreement to Services

Booking any service constitutes an agreement to participate in a driver training program offered by Advantage Driving LLC. Package contents and pricing are subject to change and are shown at the time of booking.

2. Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

A $100 deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a credit will be issued to your account for future use, subject to the applicable refund provisions below.

Clients may reschedule appointments through their confirmation email as often as needed until 48 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours, contact the assigned instructor directly. If the instructor cannot be reached, contact our office. Short-notice changes may incur the fees listed in Section 8. Sending a message does not automatically confirm a cancellation or a new appointment time.

3. SCDMV Compliance

Advantage Driving LLC complies with all refund and service policies required by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV). In cases of instructor cancellation or failure to deliver services, applicable refunds or credits will be provided in accordance with state regulations.

4. Completion Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, students must fulfill all applicable classroom and behind-the-wheel requirements as defined by SCDMV.

5. Conduct Policy

Students must maintain respectful behavior throughout training. Advantage Driving LLC reserves the right to remove a student from the program without refund for disruptive or disrespectful conduct.

6. Vehicle Use for Road Tests

If you use our vehicle for your DMV road test, you accept full financial responsibility for any damage during your use of the vehicle.

7. No Guarantees

Enrollment does not guarantee successful completion of the SCDMV road test. Advantage Driving LLC limits its liability to the coverage provided by its insurance policy.

8. Additional Fees

• Missed appointments and same-day cancellations or rescheduling: $50.

• Repeated emergency cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice: $50.

• Illness-related changes requested more than 12 hours in advance do not incur the cancellation or rescheduling fee. This exception does not waive the same-day fee listed above.

• Returned check: $30.

• Duplicate paperwork: $20.
