By booking a service through Advantage Driving LLC’s online scheduling system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services scheduled via our Acuity platform.1. Agreement to ServicesBooking any service constitutes an agreement to participate in a driver training program offered by Advantage Driving LLC. Package contents and pricing are subject to change and are shown at the time of booking.2. Payment & Cancellation PolicyA $100 deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a credit will be issued to your account for future use. Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.3. SCDMV ComplianceAdvantage Driving LLC complies with all refund and service policies as required by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV). In cases of instructor cancellation or failure to deliver services, applicable refunds or credits will be provided in accordance with state regulations.4. Completion RequirementsTo receive a certificate of completion, students must fulfill all classroom and behind-the-wheel requirements as defined by the SCDMV.5. Conduct PolicyStudents must maintain respectful behavior throughout the training. Advantage Driving LLC reserves the right to remove any student from the program without refund for disruptive or disrespectful conduct.6. Vehicle Use for Road TestsIf you opt to use our vehicle for your DMV road test, you accept full financial responsibility for any damage during your use of the vehicle.7. No GuaranteesEnrollment does not guarantee successful completion of the SCDMV road test. Advantage Driving LLC limits liability to coverage provided by its insurance policy.8. Additional Fees- Missed Appointment (no 24-hour notice): $50.00- Returned Check: $30.00- Duplicate Paperwork: $20.00
