Consent(Required)Eligibility & Documentation • Students must provide a valid South Carolina beginner’s permit or qualifying documentation (out-of-state/international license where allowed) before behind-the-wheel instruction. • Students under 17 must have parent/guardian consent and meet South Carolina DMV eligibility. Scheduling & Rescheduling • Lesson appointments must be scheduled in advance via our booking system. • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Refund Policy • All payments are non-refundable once the first lesson or service has begun. • Refunds for unused services may be considered only in documented emergencies and are issued at the discretion of management. Pick-Up/Drop-Off Services • Pick-up and drop-off services are only available within specified service areas (Irmo, Lexington, and nearby zip codes). • Students must be ready at the agreed time and location; delays beyond 10 minutes may shorten the lesson time. Payment Terms • Full payments must be submitted before the first scheduled lesson. • Remaining balances (if any) are due prior to the second lesson or road test, whichever occurs first. Road Test Policy • The DMV road test is conducted at our Irmo location using Advantage Driving LLC vehicles. • Students must hold a valid SC permit for at least 30 days (or meet age/eligibility requirements) before scheduling a test. Code of Conduct • Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructor guidance. • We reserve the right to dismiss students for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. Record Retention • Student records are maintained for a minimum of three years, as required by South Carolina DMV regulations. I agree to the Advantage Driving LLC Terms and Conditions.
